Ocean Watch’s proposed private marina will offer slips to accommodate boats up to 40 feet in length. In order to afford maximum protection for the boats, the marina will consist of a fixed dock with state of the art “low profile” boat lifts up to 25,000 lbs. With convenient access to your boat whenever you choose, you can simply drop your boat in the water and be in the ocean in minutes.

Each slip will have separately metered water and electrical connections. Fuel and sewer pump-out service is located at the proposed Yacht Clubs of the Americas site immediately adjacent to the property, as well as across the river in Mayport.

You do not have to own a boat to purchase a slip in the marina. With access to boat slips disappearing and increasing pressures on free time, the ability to own a slip in your own marina just steps from your door will provide a sound investment for you and valuable water access for futures unit owners.
